Returns and refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for our products. All sales are final. Slime textures and fragrances are preferential and we therefore cannot refund items based on personal preferences either.

Always play with clean hands and on clean surfaces. Dirty hands and surfaces will cause mold to develop on your slimes. Slime can also arrive sticky or become sticky over time. Please read our online slime care sheet to learn more about taking care of slime.

In any case, the customer misuses the slime or does not adhere to the instructions provided, we will not refund or send out a new product.
